• Everything about Japan: Spending 2 years living in Japan and acquiring the JLPT N2 certification have had a lasting impact on me. This ranges from a sustainably healthy lifestyle to applying principles like the pursuit of continuous improvement (Kaizen).
• Baking with my own Sourdough: Here, I appreciate the combination of precision and creativity. Maintaining my own sourdough starter and the complexity of baking requires planning, patience, and understanding individual fermentation processes. And it offers the opportunity to optimize the entire process with every iteration!
